Since construction, supply lines, coordination, etc. are more complicated in the cyclone-delta area with still a very decimated infrastructure, success at improving that infrastructure, in a particularly heartwarming way, will also elevate Rotary's "can-do" credibility, well echoing the success of our Cheltenham brethren with the delivery and installation in the Myanmar Delta of 1,730 Shelter Boxes in May 2008.
